We don’t start with AI. We start with the business.

Aljebral finds where a growing business is losing time and revenue, then builds the systems that close the gap.

See it working Strategy, implementation, and outcomes you can measure.

02 — The problem

Your business has probably outgrown the way it works.

  • Symptom 01Leads go cold because nobody remembered to follow up.
  • Symptom 02The same manual task gets done forty times a month.
  • Symptom 03Information lives in five places and agrees in none of them.
  • Symptom 04Nobody can say which part of the sales process is actually leaking.

Most owners already suspect AI and automation could help here. What they don’t have is a clear read on where to start, what’s worth building, and what will still be working in six months.

03 — What we do

We turn inefficient processes into systems that hold.

01 —

Diagnose

Find where time, money and opportunities are actually going.

Process analysis · AI-readiness audits · ROI-led implementation planning

02 —

Automate

Take the repetitive work out of the day.

Workflow automation · WhatsApp and email automation · Document and proposal automation

03 —

Build

Put AI inside the work, not beside it.

Custom internal tools · AI-enabled workflows · LLM-powered processes

04 —

Sell

Make revenue a process instead of an effort.

Sales process design · Follow-up and nurture systems · Sales performance analysis

04 — The approach

A new tool is not automatically a better system.

We understand the problem first, then decide whether technology is the right answer to it. Sometimes it isn’t, and we’ll say so.

  1. 01

    Understand.

How does the business actually work today?

  2. 02

    Identify.

Where are time, money or opportunities being lost?

  3. 03

    Strategize.

What should change, and what should be left alone?

  4. 04

    Implement.

Build it and fit it into the existing workflow.

  5. 05

    Measure.

    Did the business get better?

05 — See it working

Watch a manual process become an automated one.

Business software should be easy to understand before it’s bought. Each walkthrough is two minutes and shows the before, the after, and what the difference is worth.

Before — by hand, in a spreadsheet

After — generated, branded, in minutes

From spreadsheet → structured proposal

A quotation built by hand in Excel becomes a branded document generated in minutes.

Watch the walkthrough →recording in progress

From missed follow-up → automated follow-up

Prospects get followed up on a schedule instead of on somebody’s memory.

Watch the walkthrough →recording in progress

From repetitive task → automated workflow

A routine process runs itself, and the person who used to run it does something better.

Watch the walkthrough →recording in progress

From conversation → AI-enabled process

AI handles a specific communication task without turning the business into a technology project.

06 — Case studies

Real problems. Practical systems. Measurable outcomes.

Every engagement answers three questions: what was happening, what changed, and what it achieved.

  1. 00 turnaround per quote

    Built for a solar EPC

    Proposal generation

    The problem
Every quotation was built by hand in a spreadsheet, re-keyed into a document, and checked by the same two people.
    The system
An intake form that feeds a proposal generator. Sizing, pricing and the branded PDF come out of one set of inputs.
    The result
Turnaround time per quote. metric pending

  2. 00 response time on enquiries

    Built for a solar EPC

    Inbound lead handling

    The problem
WhatsApp enquiries landed on one phone. Some were answered in minutes, some the next day, and nobody could say how many were never answered.
    The system
Each inbound message is logged, qualified against a short set of questions, and answered with a first reply.
    The result
Response time and enquiries lost. metric pending

  3. 00 follow-ups completed on time

    Built for a solar EPC

    Pipeline visibility

    The problem
Deals were tracked in a spreadsheet that was accurate on the day it was updated. Follow-ups happened when someone remembered.
    The system
A lead tracker that works on a phone. Every deal has a next action and a date, and the list sorts itself by what is due.
    The result
Follow-ups completed on time. metric pending

07 — Practices

Four things we do. Three industries we know well.

The work is the same. The context isn’t.

08 — Why Aljebral

Technology is only useful when it creates business value.

  • We’ll tell you when the answer isn’t AI.

If the build won’t pay for itself, you’ll hear it before you pay for it.

  • We don’t stop at recommendations.

A slide deck is not a deliverable. Working software in your workflow is.

  • Sophistication doesn’t require an enterprise budget.

Most of what a growing business needs can be built lean and run cheap.

  • We learn the workflow before we propose anything.

Every engagement starts by watching how the work is done today.

09 — How we work

What a first engagement looks like.

  1. 01

    A conversation.

You describe what’s slow, expensive or unreliable. No cost.

  2. 02

    A short diagnostic.

We map the process and come back with what’s worth fixing, what it would take, and what it’s worth. Fixed scope, fixed fee.

  3. 03

    Build.

We implement the highest-value item and put it into your workflow.

  4. 04

    Measure and extend.

If it worked, we do the next one.

Most first projects run two to four weeks. We work remotely and asynchronously, with a standing weekly call where it helps.

10 — About

A specialist practice built around better ways of working.

Aljebral is a boutique advisory practice helping growing businesses modernize their sales, operations and processes through automation and AI.

The practice is led by Ajmal, who spent his career in solar sales and proposal engineering across India and the Gulf before building the systems he’d wished existed. Specialist engineers and designers join for specific implementations.

The method is deliberately simple: understand the business, find the friction, build the system, measure the difference.

11 — Who we work with

Built for businesses ready to change how they operate.

This works best if you:

  • Run an established service or sales operation
  • Do enough volume that a slow process costs real money
  • Can point at a specific problem, not a general unease
  • Are willing to change how something is done today
  • Would rather have one measurable improvement than five new tools

It works badly if you want a technology partner but no change in process, or if nobody internally owns the outcome.

12 — Questions we get asked

13 — Start here

What could your business be doing better?

Tell us what’s taking too long, costing too much, or quietly not working. We’ll look at it with you and tell you whether there’s a better way to solve it.

We reply within one business day, by email.

No hard sell, and no technology for technology’s sake. Just a conversation about what’s worth improving.
